All of the writing world is a buzz with NaNoWriMo. Kudos to all those who have signed up! What I’m finding is that the excitement is contagious – even for those who aren’t participating this year.
Do a search on Twitter for #NaNoWriMo and you’ll find that the blogosphere is full of encouragement, plot planning help and even NaNoWriMo t-shirts and hoodies to get you suited up before the clock strikes midnight on November 1st.
I didn’t realize just how much preparation went into NaNoWriMo before November so that once you start writing you aren’t also having to create new characters or check to see what the time difference is between New York City and Peru.

I'll definitely be utilizing the trial version of this software. Can't wait to see what this can do for me. I began my first novel a few weeks ago. This looks to be so much better than other writing software I have seen on the market, such as yWriter. The character description tools along with the many other wizards are mind-blowing. This will definitely save some trees, time, and sanity as well.

I think a trial period is a great idea, though I'm reluctant to start using it only to have the trial period end in the middle of the NaNo month! Especially since I don't even know how expensive it would be to buy. That sounds like a recipe for frustration to me.
